Anna is a dynamic Human Resource professional with over 20 years of commercial experience within various complex organisations. Her experience covers Aged Care, Health and Community Services, local government, TAFE and higher education. She has particular strengths in Employee Relations, Professional Development, Organisational Change, Leadership, Coaching and Mentoring and Performance Management.

Anna has outstanding skills at building and developing relationships. A realist who gets on with the practicalities of the job, she is a confident and enthusiastic communicator who can deal with staff at all levels. Anna has a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Human Resources and Industrial Relations, a Graduate Diploma in Educational Leadership and a nursing qualification. She is a fellow member of the Australian Human Resources Institute and an Associate Fellow of the Australian College of Health Services Executives.

Her services are available on either a fee for service basis, an annual retainer or other negotiated arrangement depending on your needs.
