• Time: 10.00am to 12.00pm, followed by lunch at networking from 12.00pm – 1.00pm.

AGENDA

• Fair Work Legislation Amendment (Closing Loopholes No. 2) Bill 2023 briefing – an update regarding key changes and any further anticipated changes.
• Fair Work Amendment (Right to Disconnect) Bill 2023 – an update regarding key changes.
• Health & Allied Services, Managers & Administrative Workers Agreement workshop – Using a workshop format, we will identify and discuss improvements to the Health & Allied Services, Managers & Administrative Workers Agreement. Bargaining is scheduled to commence in December 2024.
• Ask Us Anything session – opportunity for Members to raise and discuss any issue of interest.
